Mr.S.Natrajan, Managing Partner during an Interview stated that with a view to create a historical and everlasting achievement on account of the 40th Annual Year Celebration of “Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamaligai” we have created the world record by making the “Largest Gold Girdle” measuring a length of 104 Centimetres and 22.5 Centimetres in breadth, weighing 2851.26 grams. The estimated cost of the largest gold girdle is Rupees 1.72 crores and it is now ready for sale. The Girdle was handmade by their own skilled workers and it took them 9 months to complete the historical girdle which consists of ancient artistic work into it. The Girdle was displayed at their show room and people of Tamil Nadu witnessed the historical girdle and all were excited on seeing the artistic work on the girdle and the perfection of the design.
The Record feat was established, completed and documents related to the amazing feat was submitted to the world record team on September 18, 2020 and further after all the verification process the Citation Ceremony was held on October 6, 2020. This achievement was observed in person and was certified by four different world record agencies, including the Elite World Records (United States LLC), Asian Records Academy (United Arab Emirates), India Records Academy and the Tamilan Book of Records.
Mr. Jawahar Karthikeyan, Ambassador and Senior Adjudicator to Asia Pacific of Elite World Records (United States LLC) stated that the record accomplished by Sri Bhuvanesvari Thangamaligai is unique and first of its kind in the world. I have personally witnessed the ornament and excited with the amazing artistic work, and on the size of the girdle. They have accomplished the record successfully by following our guidelines perfectly. He further stated that, on behalf of Elite World Records this gold girdle is declared as the world’s Largest Gold Girdle weighing 2851.26 Kilograms.
